CCDC Board Approves Nearly $240,000 in Community and Development Grants

At its June meeting, the Clarke County Development Corporation Board approved nearly $240,000 in grant funding to support projects across Clarke County. From youth organizations and community infrastructure to continued housing development and emergency facility improvements, these investments reflect CCDC’s commitment to strengthening quality of life, expanding opportunities, and supporting long-term growth across the region.

City Council Approves New Three-Home Development Through O-HI Program

The Osceola City Council recently approved a new three-home development by Parson Creek Company, LLC through the Osceola Housing Incentive (O-HI) Program. The project brings the total number of homes approved through the program to seven since its launch in 2025 and highlights ongoing efforts to expand affordable new housing opportunities in Osceola.

Just Say, ‘O-HI,’ City of Osceola Launches Exciting New Housing Incentive Program

The city of Osceola, in conjunction with the Clarke County Development Corporation, is launching a program to directly address the rising costs of new home construction and spur on new development across the area. Through the Osceola Housing Incentive (O-HI) Program, new home builders and homeowners can apply for 10% back on ALL construction costs for a newly built home.
