CCDC, SWCC Expand Regional Workforce Development Efforts

Local employers know their workforce needs better than anyone, and now’s the time to help shape local training opportunities.

The CCDC, SWCC, and the Industrial Technology Advisory Board have launched a regional Workforce Training Survey to guide future leadership, technical, and continuing education programming at the ORBIT Center and SWCC Osceola Center. Take a few minutes to participate and help build a stronger workforce for Clarke County.

New Laborshed Study To Be Conducted In Clarke County

he CCDC is partnering with Iowa Workforce Development (IWD) and Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) to complete a Laborshed employment study for the Osceola and Clarke County areas.  This study will geographically define which communities contribute to the area’s workforce, regardless of political boundaries.
