Think of it. Does your community provide the opportunity and encourage a good, healthy lifestyle? Do your personal choices make for a good, healthy living environment? These are serious questions and the Clarke County Public Health Department needs your answers.
Right now, and continuing through the end of August, the Clarke County Public Health Department is gathering information about THE LIFESTYLES OF THOSE LIVING AND WORKING IN CLARKE COUNTY. The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), only taken every 5 years, is a simple, 5-minute online questionnaire focused on tabulating the health, quality of life, and options available to all of Clarke County, Iowa. Your answers and comments will help direct future programming for public health throughout the county.
