Springfield, MO. – In response to a comprehensive wage market analysis, Paul Mueller Company has implemented a significant wage increase for a large number of hourly coworkers in the United States. Effective June 28, 2021, a pay increase of up to $2.20 an hour went in to affect for all hourly manufacturing coworkers. Additionally, other hourly increases are under review and will be implemented by July 23, 2021. These wage increases will positively affect approximately 500 coworkers.
“This was the right change to make for our coworkers and their families,” said Paul Mueller Company HR Manager Jennifer Hohensee. “These wage increases, along with our people-focused culture, give us an edge as we look to welcome others onto our talented team. Additionally, we believe our coworkers are our best recruiters. Because of this, we are offering them a $1050 bonus for referral of a successful new hire. We are also giving our new, full-time coworkers a $1500 sign on bonus.”
