As part of Clarke County Hospital’s recent renovations, those needing emergency services are now able to utilize the newly remodeled emergency department. The new department, with updated space and technology to better serve the community, is located just north of the original space on the hospital grounds. The new space is clearly marked to avoid any confusion and to allow easy access for all visitors and family members.
The official opening of Clarke County Hospital’s new emergency department is Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 4:00 AM.
We are building an emergency department that matches the outstanding care our patients and families receive at Clarke County Hospital,” said Brian Evans, Chief Executive Officer at CCH, “This new expansion will allow for better emergency, trauma and critical care response to Clarke County and surrounding communities.”
As a result of the recent renovations, CCH will be able to reduce patient wait times, enhance family comfort, and provide increased patient privacy.
