The office staff at Osceola Water Works continues to grow and build on an already strong foundation of quality and customer service. Two new Utility Office Associates were added to the team earlier this year, bringing considerable knowledge and experience with them.
In March of this year, OWW welcomed Ana Landeros Vasquez to their staff. Born in California, Ana moved with her family to Osceola nearly fifteen years ago and she and her husband still call the city home.
After graduating from Clarke Schools, Ana continued her education at SWCC, earning her Business Administration and Associate of Arts degrees, as well as a Business Leadership certification. She spent several years in banking, but was ready for a change of pace when the position at OWW became available.
“The team here at Osceola Water Works has really made me feel welcome,” Landeros Vasquez said. “It’s a very inclusive and relaxed environment where I feel like I can truly make a difference.”
Away from work, Ana enjoys sports, loves watching her husband play soccer, and spends time with family and friends every chance she gets.
Stephanie Santoyo joined the front staff in July and is excited to be part of such a welcoming team. Also born in California, Stephanie grew up in Mexico, coming to Osceola with her parents when she was about seventeen years old.
She graduated from Clarke Schools before earning her Business Administration degree from SWCC. Stephanie worked in Human Resources and Safety at Osceola Foods before taking a year off to stay home with her two young children. The open position at OWW came available just as she was ready to rejoin the workforce, and it was the perfect fit for her.
“I was always kind of drawn to Osceola Water Works as a great place to work,” said Santoyo. “The flexibility and friendly environment are incredible, but it’s really the people that make me enjoy coming to work every day.”
When she isn’t chasing her children, Stephanie likes to spend time with family, going on walks, visiting parks, and taking mini road trips when time allows.
